Since our doctor appointment yesterday, we decided to start giving Jack some "real" food. We started this afternoon with some cheese. The problem with Jack feeding himself is only half of the food actually makes it into his mouth. As for the other half? Well, that ends up in the highchair, on the floor, in our dog's belly, and as you can see by the pictures, on Jack's nose. He also gets the Gerber puffs stuck to his nose. I thought it was funny enough to snap a picture and share with all of you. In the past month or so, Jack has changed so much. He'll now repeat words and noises when you ask him to, he now says Mama, Dada, Papa, Nina (his name for my Mom) "pup", "bye-bye" and "look", he loves to give kisses (especially to our dog and cats), he waves bye-bye and hello, he plays peek-a-boo with his blanket (very cute), he knows where his piggy-toes are, who the dog is, and so many more neat things that seemed to develop overnight. He is growing and changing so fast...he's really turning into quite a big boy. We're so proud of him. I've also included a cute picture of him clowning around with his Daddy.
