Birthday Wishes!

Happy Birthday to my mother-in-law Cathy who celebrates her birthday today! We hope you have a great day! It's hard to believe it's Monday already...this weekend flew by. We had a birthday party on Saturday and did some shopping on Sunday. Jack needed some new sneakers....he grows out of shoes so fast!!! We ended up getting him two pairs because we found a good deal. When we got home, we got a nice surprise when company dropped by. My Grandma and Aunt Connie came by with trick-or-treat bags for Jack and Brynley since they won't be home on Thursday night to see the kids in their costumes. You should have seen these bags, they went all out! Homemade cookies, rice crispy treats, candy corn....makes me wish I could still go trick-or-treating! Brynley's bag had baby wipes and a new outfit! How sweet....thank you so much Gram and Connie! Then Shane's friend Tony stopped by with homemade lasagna for us! It was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thanks so much, Tony! Today the kids window paint in town and we usually head up at night to check out their work. Jack loves to look at the paintings and see all the scary characters. He is so much like his mommy, he LOVES Halloween! I can't wait for it this year! I hope you all have a great week! Oh, and thanks again to Vicki for the very thoughtful gifts you got for Jack and Brynley. Jack slept with 3 of his cars for the past 2 nights! And he woke up crying this morning because one had fallen out of his crib.....this kid LOVES his matchbox cars! And he cannot wait to watch his movie....he has been asking all weekend, we just haven't been home long enough! Thank you so much for being so sweet, you really made his weekend!
