Some Birthday Wishes!

Wow, we've got three birthdays right in a row this month. Yesterday my cousin Kelly celebrated her big day...Happy Birthday, Kell! Today, Jean and Nate's puppy Tucker turns a year old and tomorrow is Sam's birthday! We love you guys and wish you all a very happy birthday...even you Tucker, you hairy beast! Tonight we spent 3 mind-numbing hours in the fishing department of Bass Pro Shops. Shane had some gift cards burning a hole in his pocket and I guess he's thinking Spring....we were also able to pick out a nice birthday gift for Sam who also loves to fish. Jack and I made the most of our trip by watching the fish, checking out the stuffed wildlife, and riding the escalators. And Brynley, as usual, was a total dream and slept the entire time. Jack was also so well-behaved and such a wonderful little boy....three hours in a store is a lot to ask of most adults much less a two year old, but he didn't complain or act bad even once. We bought him a gigantic yellow puppy dog that is so cute and soft....he's going to sleep with it in his crib and he's already named him Scruffy. He deserved it for being so well behaved. Jack just came into the room from getting his bath and brushing his teeth. He just smiled and showed me his pearly whites and said "Look mommy, I got all the bugs off!" Next up for us? Hopefully a relaxing weekend. Hope you all have a great weekend!
