WE LOVE WORLD'S END!!!!

We just got home from a very fun and relaxing day at beautiful World's End State Park. If you have never been there, please pay it a visit, especially this time of year.....you will not regret it! It was a gorgeous day, the leaves are such beautiful colors, and the atmosphere was so nice. We loaded the van up with myself, Shane, Jack, Brynley, and Brandon along with hot dogs, potato salad, chips, drinks, and all other ingredients for a picnic. Shane toasted the hot dogs while the kids played, we took some awesome pictures, and got to get down near the water....SO FUN!!! We can't wait to go back next year. That place sure does wonders for your heart and soul. I am feeling quite revitalized. And an added bonus....my favorite store, "Katie's Country Store" was open and we stopped and shopped for a bit. Every year I buy the kids each an ornament for our Christmas tree from this particular store and then when they turn 18 and get out on their own they will have 18 different ornaments for their own tree. I try to pick out things that the kids like at the time....this store is incredible with their selection. I got Brynley a Cookie Monster 2nd Christmas ornament and Jack a beautiful green guitar. We also just had to stop by the candy counter and help ourselves to non-pareils and chocolate covered animal crackers. Yum! Thanks to my wonderful husband, awesome and so well-behaved kiddos, and our bestest cousin for an absolutely awesome day....can't wait to go back!
